Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Slovak-Speaking Customer Service Representative in our Client's Fitness & Sports Equipment Department located in Athens. As a valuable member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to fitness products and sports equipment.
Your fluency in Slovak will be essential in guiding clients through product information, order management, and addressing any questions they may have regarding their fitness and sports equipment purchases. By delivering high-quality service, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Responsibilities
• Provide top-notch customer service in Slovak via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness and sports equipment inquiries
• Assist customers with product details, availability, pricing, and order processing
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer experiences
• Gather customer feedback to improve our service quality and product offerings
• Stay informed about fitness trends and new product launches to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements:
• A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities
• Genuine interest in fitness and sports, eager to assist customers in achieving their goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
