In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Slovak-speaking customers as they navigate using our digital wallet solutions.
Your fluency in Slovak will be critical as you assist clients with inquiries about account setup, transaction issues, and the overall functionalities of the digital wallet. By delivering high-quality customer service, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering trust in our digital financial services.
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service in Slovak through phone, email, and chat regarding digital wallet inquiries
• Assist customers with account-related questions, transaction processing, and troubleshooting
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution
• Gather feedback to improve our services and enhance customer experiences
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital wallet technologies and services
Requirements:
• Fluency in Slovak and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the financial or technology sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Interest in digital payment technologies and helping customers effectively use them
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
