Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Digital Marketing Platform team. In this engaging role, you will provide exceptional support to our Slovak-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our digital marketing products and services.

Your fluency in Slovak will be crucial as you help customers navigate our platform, resolve technical issues, and optimize their marketing campaigns. By delivering outstanding customer service, you will help our clients achieve their digital marketing goals and foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Slovak through phone, email, and chat regarding digital marketing inquiries
• Assist clients with onboarding, product features, and effective usage of the marketing platform
• Resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting support
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure thorough resolution of client issues
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our product offerings and service quality
• Stay informed about trends in digital marketing and emerging technologies


Requirements:
• Fluency in Slovak and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service focus and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly in digital marketing or technology, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Interest in digital marketing and helping clients succeed in their campaigns
