Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Slovak via phone, email, and chat regarding data analytics inquiries
• Assist clients in understanding our data analytics products and how they can meet their needs
• Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
• Document customer interactions and requests accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to address complex inquiries and ensure effective service delivery
• Gather feedback from clients to inform improvements in our service offerings
• Stay updated on the latest trends in data analytics and relevant technologies
Requirements:
• Fluency in Slovak and English, with strong communication abilities

• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in technology or data analytics, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
