Mercier Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading Cybersecurity Company based in Greece. In this important role, you will be the first point of contact for our Slovak-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support for their cybersecurity needs and inquiries.
Your fluency in Slovak will be instrumental in assisting customers with questions about services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they feel secure and supported in their online activities. You will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering trust in our cybersecurity solutions.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service in Slovak via phone, email, and chat regarding cybersecurity inquiries
• Assist customers with service information, troubleshooting issues, and account management
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and support offerings
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and product developments to provide informed assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Slovak and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or cybersecurity sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in cybersecurity and helping customers navigate their security solutions
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
