Slovak-Speaking Customer Service for Booking.com - Work from Home in Greece

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Slovak-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join the Booking.com team, working remotely from Greece. In this important Junior role, you will provide outstanding support to Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with their booking inquiries and related customer service needs.

Your fluency in Slovak will be essential in helping customers navigate their reservations, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless travel experience. By offering exceptional service, you will contribute to Booking.com’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat for Booking.com users
• Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and general inquiries
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Stay updated on Booking.com policies and offerings to provide accurate information

Requirements:
• Fluency in Slovak and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• You must clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
• You must be willing to live and work in Greece.
