Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting position for a Slovak-Speaking Customer Service Representative in our Client's Airline Reservations Department, based in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with their airline reservations and travel inquiries.
Your fluency in Slovak will be essential as you help clients with booking flights, managing changes, and providing detailed information about travel policies and itineraries. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and satisfactory travel experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Slovak via phone, email, and chat regarding airline reservations
• Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and inquiries
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams and airline partners to ensure seamless service delivery
• Collect customer feedback to aid in improving our services and offerings
• Stay informed about airline policies, routes, and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements:
• A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Passion for travel and helping customers navigate their travel needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
