Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Slovak-Speaking Content Moderator in our Social Media Department located in Athens, Greece! In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our clients' social media platforms. Your fluency in Slovak will allow you to effectively engage with our audience and manage various types of user-generated content responsibly.
As a Content Moderator, your main duties will include reviewing content, moderating user interactions, and ensuring that all posts comply with community guidelines. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in preventing the dissemination of inappropriate content while fostering a positive online atmosphere. Responsibilities
• Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various social media channels in Slovak
• Review submissions to ensure compliance with community standards and brand guidelines
• Engage with users through comments and messages, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly
• Identify and report any instances of inappropriate behavior or content within the community
• Collaborate with the social media team to improve user engagement and community satisfaction
• Analyze community feedback to inform moderation practices and enhance content strategies
• Stay updated on current social media trends and effective moderation techniques
Requirements:
• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience with social media platforms and content moderation is preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is desirable
• A genuine enthusiasm for social media and a commitment to fostering positive online communities
