Mercier Consultancy is excited to introduce a fantastic opportunity for a Slovak-Speaking Consultant within our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department, based in Athens, Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support and advice to our Slovak-speaking clients as they explore and utilize our Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing solutions. Your expertise will help clients unlock the full potential of our technology, ensuring their success in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

As a consultant, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, addressing client inquiries, and troubleshooting any technical challenges that arise. Your dedication to client satisfaction will be crucial in fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful adoption of our services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Slovak-speaking clients with inquiries related to SaaS and cloud computing products
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations and training sessions to enhance client understanding
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate logs of support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather client feedback and improve service delivery
• Stay informed about industry trends to offer clients the latest insights and best practices

Requirements:
• A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Basic understanding of SaaS and cloud computing concepts is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in customer support or consulting is advantageous but not required
• A genuine interest in technology and eagerness to learn about cloud solutions is essential
