Mercier Consultancy is excited to invite applications for the role of Slovak-Speaking Consultant in our Online Payment Solutions Department based in Athens. In this essential entry level position, you will support our Slovak-speaking clients in managing and optimizing their online payment systems, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance for a smooth transaction experience.
Your role will involve engaging directly with clients to understand their specific needs, providing tailored support, and helping them navigate any challenges they may encounter. With a focus on exceptional customer service, you will help build lasting relationships and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Assist Slovak-speaking clients with inquiries regarding online payment solutions
• Conduct training sessions on the functionalities and best practices of payment systems
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions promptly
• Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of support activities
• Collaborate with colleagues to address complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Collect and implement client feedback to improve service offerings
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments in online payment technology
Requirements:
• A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Basic understanding of online payment systems is a plus but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive support approach
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is beneficial but not essential
