As a Customer Agent Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Slovak-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries, support needs, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries related to products and services efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions within our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly
• Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and procedures

Requirements:
• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service or support experience is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
