Slots Product Manager

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining slot products and ensuring their proper functioning;

• Working on the development and improvement of slot products and their services in order to increase product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction;

• Managing the slot products’ budget effectively, ensuring alignment with business KPIs, and controlling budget execution;

• Ensuring products and services comply with regulations to reduce legal and compliance risks;

• Effective collaboration/cooperation both within the department and with other cross-functional teams, as well as with external providers;

• Effective communication with Betsson’s central team and game suppliers;

• Knowledge of industry trends and a focus on continuous development.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience working with products in commercial or operational roles, preferably in the gambling industry;

• Experience in product management, including launching new products, product development, strategy creation, and full lifecycle management;

• Experience working with cross-functional teams;

• Knowledge of gambling industry market trends and understanding of relevant regulations;

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (such as Waterfall, Agile) and tools (such as JIRA, Trello, and/or others), as well as experience participating in multiple projects simultaneously;

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and methodologies for effective communication with product design teams;

• Basic understanding of software principles and technologies for effective communication with technical engineering teams;

• Awareness of gambling regulations and compliance requirements;

• Good knowledge of office computer programs, especially Excel;

• Skills/knowledge in budgeting and data processing/reporting;

• Ability to understand the bigger picture of business processes and to demonstrate strategic vision;

• Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic and constantly changing market environment;

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions based on market trends, data, and insights;

• Willingness to take calculated risks when making role-related decisions and desire to introduce innovative ideas;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Georgian and English;

• Basic knowledge of the Russian language;

• Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams toward common goals.
