Introducing Our Women Up Front Program – Your Path to Becoming a SkyBus Driver!

Our Women Up Front Program is designed to help you get licensed and confident on the road in a friendly and supportive environment. Whether you’re new to driving or looking to level up your skills, we’ve got you covered.

Here’s what the program includes:

Heavy Vehicle License Upgrade – We’ll help you get the license you need to drive with confidence.

6-Week Comprehensive Training Program – Classroom lessons and hands-on, on-the-road training to get you fully prepared.

️ Skill Enhancement Lessons – Ongoing support to fine-tune your driving skills.

Professional Driving Development – Learn everything from customer service to safe and efficient driving techniques.

As a SkyBus driver, you’ll be responsible for delivering smooth, comfortable, and safe rides, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. You’ll be the first point of contact for passengers, ensuring their journey starts and ends on a high note.

You’ll be based at our depot in Tullamarine, so whether you're a local or just starting out, there’s a place for you!

The boxes you'll tick

A genuine passion for driving
Exceptional customer service skills and a love for engaging with the public
A strong commitment to safety
Flexibility to work over 7 days and a combination of AM & PM shifts
Possession of a current Australian Driver’s License for a minimum of 2 years essential
A valid CPV Driver Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
Ability to pass pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screening).

Please note you must be available to attend an assessment centre from our Tullamarine depot.
