🔥 Skool Practice Manager & Client Experience Lead

Remote | Quarterly International Travel Required
$1,500/month – First 6 months

$1,750/month – Months 7–12

$2,000/month – After 12 months

Annual performance bonus target: 50% of base salary

Build the backend. Protect the clients. Help scale a global coaching movement.

You will run the operational engine behind a global coaching business serving founders and leadership teams across the U.S., Africa, LATAM, and Asia.

You must know Skool. Not “I’ve heard of it.” Not “I can learn it.”
You must have actively managed a Skool course for at least 12 months.

You will:

• Build and organize courses
• Manage client experience
• Execute outbound campaigns
• Keep communication tight
• Protect the brand
• Travel internationally once per quarter

🎯 What You’ll Own

1️⃣ Skool & Course Operations (Your Core Job)

• Build and manage courses inside Skool
• Organize modules and curriculum
• Upload recordings within 48 hours
• Improve onboarding flows
• Maintain clean course structure
• Track engagement and retention
• Keep the backend tight and world-class

If links break or modules are messy, that’s on you.

2️⃣ Client Experience & Communication

Our clients are founders. Busy. Driven. Paying real money.

You will:

• Manage inbound email + LinkedIn DMs
• Respond within 24 hours
• Coordinate scheduling + follow-ups
• Track renewals and retention
• Conduct proactive check-ins
• Keep CRM spotless

Clients should feel taken care of, not managed.

3️⃣ Outbound & Subscriber Growth

You must be comfortable executing at volume.

• Large distribution email campaigns
• LinkedIn outreach sequences
• Cold calls to warm prospects
• Tracking conversion metrics
• Supporting list growth initiatives

We move fast. You can’t be allergic to outreach.

4️⃣ Social & Practice Support

• Manage Social Media posting calendar
• Post content consistently
• Respond to comments & DMs
• Help support launches

You don’t need to be a creative genius.
You do need to be organized and consistent.

5️⃣ Light Creative Support

• Trim videos
• Upload clips
• Create simple Canva graphics
• Organize content assets

Basic editing comfort required. This is not your main job.

🌎 Travel Requirement

You must be comfortable traveling internationally at least once per quarter to support:

• Live events
• Cohort workshops
• Partner meetings
• Content capture

Passport required. Travel fully covered.

✅ Required Experience

• Minimum 12 months actively managing a Skool course
• 3+ years supporting a business coach, consultant, or professional services firm
• Experience contributing to a coaching program with 100+ paying members
• Experience executing outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn + calls)
• Experience with AI and Automation Workflows (Zapier)
• Strong written and spoken English
• Organized, systems-driven, proactive

💪 Strongly Preferred

• Helped scale a course from early stage to 100+ members
• Helped grow an email list to 10,000+
• CRM management experience
• Familiarity with EOS concepts
• Experience supporting cohort launches

• Recordings uploaded within 48 hours

• 100 outbound touches per day (mixed channels)
