We are seeking a dedicated CRM Executive to support day-to-day patient relationship management within a skin, hair, and laser clinic environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, maintaining organized records, and ensuring a smooth, positive patient journey from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. The position requires a customer-focused mindset, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple touchpoints efficiently.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain accurate patient records and CRM databases
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently
• Handle patient inquiries and follow-ups through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Deliver a high standard of customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Coordinate closely with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure seamless operations
• Track patient treatment journeys and ensure timely follow-ups
• Support patient retention through consistent communication and relationship management
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all patient-related information
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or patient coordination roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach
• Comfortable interacting with patients across multiple communication channels
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with CRM software
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage appointments effectively
• Prior exposure to the skin care, wellness, or healthcare industry is an added advantage
• Professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a service-driven mindset
