As a Clinic Manager, you will be the backbone of daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional patient satisfaction. You will manage staff performance, oversee patient interactions, and maintain smooth coordination across clinical, administrative, and operational functions. This role is ideal for someone with prior healthcare management experience who is comfortable handling both people and processes in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and organized functioning
• Manage and supervise clinic staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and coordination
• Handle patient counseling, address queries, and build strong patient relationships to enhance trust and retention
• Manage inventory, supplies, billing processes, and vendor coordination
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal operational protocols
• Support basic marketing and digital initiatives to improve clinic visibility and patient engagement

What Makes You a Great Fit

• MBA, PGDM, or a relevant qualification in healthcare or business management
• Prior experience in clinic or healthcare operations management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric mindset
• Proven ability to multitask, manage teams, and handle operational responsibilities independently
• Experience or familiarity with patient counseling and relationship management
• Exposure to digital marketing or promotional activities is an added advantage
