What will your challenges be?

You will be our brand ambassador working across channels, delivering a 5 stars customer experience and growing client loyalty.

The main responsabilities will be:
Knowledge of the firm's values, news and product characteristics.
Achievement of established objectives and monitoring of KPIs.
Advise, sell products with excellent service following the firm's established protocols, and create a unique, exclusive moment with the brand, to achieve sales objectives, being part of the customer experience.
Be an Isdin ambassador and provide a unique and unforgettable shopping experience at all times.
Attract new clients to the firm, increase loyalty and brand awareness among consumers.
Control and implement visibility and merchandising established by the brand and maintain the signature image.
Proactively participate in the POS activities process: stock control, inventory, stock by category in order to maximize sales.
Generate a good relationship with the teams and those responsible for the point of sale.
Complete the requested reports and reports correctly and complying with the established dates.
Check the stock and materials necessary to carry out the promotional action and animations.
Are you the one we are waiting for?

Education: Degree or FP certification (in cosmetics is a plus).
Experience: 2 years of retail experience with preference in perfumery, cosmetics and makeup. Experience in sales with objectives and control of sales indicators. Customer service experience
IT: Knowledge of Excel
Others: High level - medium English, analytical and problem-solving capacity, capable of managing unforeseen events in an agile manner,
capacity forteamwork, passion for beauty, customer service and communication skills.
