Position Overview: General Duties
We're seeking motivated individuals ready to contribute to various construction and sealant application tasks. Responsibilities include:
Installation of firestop systems
Removal, installation, and replacement of caulking—interior and exterior, across industrial, commercial, and residential sites
Application and removal of liquid-applied and general coatings
Concrete surface refinishing and restoration
General construction tasks such as assembly, decommissioning, repair, and replacement of materials (wood, metal, flooring, mortar, brick, and block)
Performing general labour in support of construction operations
Qualifications
Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Physically able to lift and carry 20 lbs or more
Comfortable working at heights
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professionalism when interacting with coworkers and clients

Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Some evening, weekend, and travel work may be required based on project needs.
