Job Description

Burgess Civil LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborer/Field Tech to join our exceptional construction teams (Pipe Crew, Road Crew, and Punch-Out Crew). The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience, familiarity with tools, and a strong work ethic.

About the Role: Are you ready to change the game and join an incredible team? As a Field Technician, you will:

Preparing construction sites, materials and tools.

Loading and unloading of materials, tools and equipment.

Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites.

Digging trenches, holes, and backfilling areas as needed for construction.

Assisting with laying pipes

Following all health and safety regulations.

And other duties assigned by the Foreman

Requirements and Physical Expectations:

At least 1-2 years of experience

Reliable transportation.

All positions require that you travel to different locations based on business needs.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Ability to lift 50 or more pounds and ability to lift, carry, bend, crawl, squat, climb, kneel, push, pull, and crouch and able to stand for long period of time

Ability to work in varying weather conditions and on different terrain types

Pay: Compensation will be based on experience.

Must be able to pass a drug test.
