Nielson Construction is growing our Excavation team! We are looking for an Skid Loader Operator to specialize in dirt work associated with residential construction. This operator will be tasked with completing these projects as safely and efficiently as possible. Benefits are completely free, and you still have coverage in the off season. Job Responsibilities:

Operate skid loaders and other light equipment to assist in the projects of the Excavation Team.

Work as a part of a crew to meet project deadlines, following direction from the Foreman.

Perform daily maintenance inspections on equipment and coordinate repairs if necessary.

Adhere to all company safety policies and standards.

Perform daily jobsite and equipment cleaning.

Maintain accurate timecards and paperwork for all work assignments.

Complete various work orders for all companies.

Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

A valid driver's license is required. A Class-A CDL is preferred but not required.

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

Experience safely operating and maintaining skid loaders is preferred.
