SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for deployment and management of an enterprise privilege access management (PAM) product. The candidate will work with business partners to analyze their privilege access needs, document them, and configure the system to provide access that suits those needs. The candidate will manage user access, coordinate issues regarding user controlled elements, and will interface and coordinate data and security issues with various departments and other Cox security personnel. Under general supervision, performs procedures to ensure the integrity of data elements across various platforms, tools and applications. The selected candidate will be responsible for daily operations of the PAM solution and working with the vendors professional services team to ensure proper implementation.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design, implement, and maintain an enterprise privilege access management process and system.
2. Confer with subject matter experts throughout the company; driving consensus to determine application security requirements and translate those into effective controls within supported applications, processes, and users.
3. Institute appropriate security levels and procedures in accordance with PCI and Sarbanes Oxley.
4. Identify security risk areas and develop security strategies through continuous monitoring and group collaboration.
5. Provide support to other security administrators and end users for various applications on various platforms.
6. Provide reports displaying user and/or system compliance information to managers and audit teams as required.
7. Collaboration with group members for metrics and reporting related to Monthly Operations Review.
8. Involvement in process and operational improvement opportunities.
9. Participation in development and maintenance of Methods of Procedure (MOP) documentation.
10. Support and maintenance will require rotating on-call duties.
11. Ticket logging and monitoring utilizing Remedy and/or other tools provided.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have experience designing and implementing CA Control Minder and CA Governance Minder products.
Candidate will have extensive experience with Windows and UNIX systems. Extensive experience in Unix/Linux Privilege Delegation, Active Directory Bridging, and Privileged Identity Management
Software installation, configuration and integration on one or more of the following platforms/technologies: Active Directory, LDAP, NIS, Kerberos, Unix/Linux, OS X, AS/400, Oracle, SQL Server
Experience with Unix/Linux security, specifically sudo and privilege delegation.
Understanding and designing solutions for heterogeneous environments and systems are essential.
Familiarity with Governance and Compliance issues and solutions as it relates to Privilege Management.
Single Sign On, password synchronization and system integration to consolidate user accounts/identities a plus
Software installation, configuration and integration on one or more of the following platforms/technologies: Active Directory, LDAP, NIS, Kerberos, Unix/Linux, OS X, AS/400, Oracle, SQL Server
Good analytical skills and 3 + years of IT experience is a desired. Candidate must be able to perform work independently and collaborate with various teams on projects in a large and complex IT environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required. CISSP certification is a plus.
