Location Manager is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day activities of the location. Ensures staff are performing up to expectations and following all guidelines and standards set forth by the organization. Ensures customers are receiving timely and accurate service while maintaining a safe work environment. Ensures that required paperwork is completed on time and stays on budget.
• Manage a team of non-exempt employees for the location. Responsible for hiring, termination and performance management for the team.
• Ensure all duties are carried out in compliance with protocols and standards while taking into consideration employee safety, budget and regulatory requirements,.
• Produce and oversee Official records, organization, maintenance, compile data and prepare reports for analysis using database and spreadsheets, scheduling, billing, and performance elevations.
• Participate in training of company employees and maintain confidentiality of business and personnel information.
• Participate in communication schedule, customer base, management & Quality Assurance
• Responsible for timesheet approval and consumables management and timely approval of supplies
• Serve as direct contact onsite for Director of Operations
• Other duties as assigned
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role
• Must be 18 years or older
• HS/ GED
