Site Supervisor (Project/ACMV/Engineering)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) works on construction sites.
• Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor and manage the progress of M&E works according to project plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Review and approve design drawings and specifications related to M&E works.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project management.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of M&E works.

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E works, preferably in ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems.
• Strong knowledge of M&E works and construction processes.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
