TERMS & CONDITIONS
Start Date: September 2026
Duration: Minimum 8 months, with the possibility of extension
Contract Type: Fixed-term employment or freelance contract
Workload: 56 hours per week
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate all insulation activities on site in accordance with contractual requirements and technical specifications.
Coordinate continuously with site management, contractors, and third parties to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and ensure proper implementation of project-specific HSE requirements.
Review work permits, ensure compliance, and enforce correct use of personal protective equipment.
Conduct regular site inspections, identify deviations and risks, and ensure proper documentation and resolution.
Support incident investigations and contribute to the implementation of preventive measures.
Identify, document, and analyze construction and engineering deficiencies and coordinate effective solutions with relevant disciplines.
Participate in construction and project meetings and provide technical input in client discussions.
Review contractor progress reports, support cost forecasting, and contribute to monthly reporting on progress, quality, and resources.
Monitor construction activities, perform spot checks, and support the acceptance of contractual work scopes.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and quality requirements while coordinating interfaces with other disciplines.
Support change management processes and ensure proper documentation of contractual deviations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Completed vocational training as an insulation worker, industrial insulation specialist, plant mechanic, or a comparable technical qualification.
Several years of relevant professional experience in insulation on international construction sites, ideally 10 to 15 years in similar roles.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, technical specifications, and applicable standards in plant engineering.
High level of responsibility combined with a structured and solution-oriented working approach.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international project environment.
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
Clear commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Flexibility, resilience, and willingness to work under demanding site conditions with extended working hours.
Spanish language skills are advantageous but not mandatory, with strong English communication skills required.
