Site Supervisor Drainage - Nights

We are looking for Supervisors to lead the team of HGV Tanker Drivers who work across the Region. You will be responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently in line the Waste Contract. The work incorporates tankering various non-hazardous liquids from sites to disposal facilities across the regions.

Hours: 4 days on 4 days off to cover nights 

Salary:  £20.40ph 

Location: Iver

Responsibilities - but not limited to:

Ensure all engineers are compliant with PPE & Company policy's standards  

Supporting engineers on the field  

Competencies of engineers 

Audits 

Training of engineers 

Managing sites and keeping clients up-to-date  

H&S onsite   

Basic vehicle maintenance & stock 

Work instructions to engineers  

Problem-solving  

Site set up and site stand down as well as housekeeping.  

Planning breaks on 12hrs or 24hrs drivers  

Taking deliveries and off-hiring equipment 

To carry out any reasonable ad hoc request by LMC Managers or the Senior Leadership Team

Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them
