Position Overview:

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of residential renovation projects on site. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator to ensure projects are built to plan, on schedule, and to the highest standard.

You are the eyes and ears on site—driving progress, maintaining quality, and ensuring trades are performing at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure work is progressing as scheduled
• Coordinate and manage trades to ensure efficiency and accountability
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail throughout all phases of construction
• Review drawings and scope to ensure work is executed according to plan
• Identify and proactively address issues before they impact schedule or quality
• Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and well organized at all times
• Work closely with the Project Manager to keep projects on track with budgets and timelines
• Communicate clearly with trades, suppliers, and internal team members
• Assist with site inspections, deficiencies, and project closeout

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction or renovation
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and building practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Proven ability to manage trades and keep projects moving forward
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
