• Construction site coordination & supervision
• Organisation and management of all activities on our construction sites as well as monitoring compliance with technical documentation, contracts, and assembly plans
• You will assist with the construction of the plants without losing sight of the big picture 
• Responsibility for the implementation of and compliance with safety, health, and environmental protection regulations.
• Guiding and motivating internal teams and subcontractors to ensure successful implementation.
• Representing Kanadevia Inova to customers, authorities, and service providers on the construction site.
 
• Completed technical training, e.g., as an industrial mechanic, metalworker, agricultural and construction machinery mechanic, or in a comparable field. 
• Professional experience on national and ideally international construction sites for biogas or comparable industrial plants.
• Experience in health, safety, and environmental management (HSE).
• Knowledge and experience in welding and handling welding processes.
• Good written and spoken English and German skills as an advantage
• Practical problem solver with leadership qualities.
• Willingness to travel approx. 80-90%.
