Superintendent Key Responsibilities:
Communicate all relevant project information clearly and timely to crews, project management, and stakeholders.
Understand project requirements, concrete scopes, and sequencing, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Develop and execute detailed work plans for concrete operations, including foundations, slabs, walls, and structures.
Ensure all concrete work is performed safely, in compliance with project requirements, and built right the first time.
Prepare crews daily through defined planning processes, material coordination, and equipment readiness.
Review timesheets and quantity tracking to ensure labor hours and production quantities are accurate.
Develop and manage two-week look-ahead schedules aligned with the overall project schedule.
Meet or exceed project execution goals related to safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
Maintain accurate project records through daily activity reports, concrete placement logs, and job photos.
Align manpower, equipment, and materials for optimal productivity and crew development.
Protect and maintain all company-owned and rented equipment and property.
Compile daily labor and production reports to ensure performance aligns with the project budget.
Participate in structured planning, measurement, and review processes.
Ensure timely reporting of accidents, incidents, rework, damage, and near misses.
Maintain strong client relationships by staying engaged and responsive throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license.
