Position Overview
We are looking for a Site Superintendent to lead construction activities for our Keystone Creek community. This role is ideal for a hands‑on construction leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering high‑quality homes with strong attention to detail. You will oversee day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate trade partners, enforce safety standards, monitor progress, and ensure homes are delivered on time and ready for possession.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily on‑site construction operations to ensure homes are built safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications.
Coordinate and schedule trade partners, ensuring work is completed in the correct sequence and to quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress, identify deficiencies, and ensure compliance with building codes and municipal requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free site, completing daily safety checks and leading toolbox talks.
Monitor construction timelines, identify potential delays, and take proactive steps to keep the project on schedule.
Review completed work before approving payments, ensuring accuracy against scopes and purchase orders.
Liaise with municipal inspectors and internal teams to ensure required inspections, permits, and documentation are completed.
Prepare homes for possession by coordinating completion of outstanding items and ensuring homes meet Partners’ quality expectations.
Maintain accurate daily reports, site notes, delivery logs, and communication records with trade partners.
Build positive relationships with trades, internal departments, and Customer Care to ensure a smooth handoff and excellent homeowner experience.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in single-family or low‑density multifamily (townhomes/stacked townhomes).
Proven experience overseeing site operations as a Site Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
Strong working knowledge of Alberta Building Code, municipal inspection processes, and residential construction best practices.
Ability to manage multiple homes at varying stages of construction with strong planning and prioritization skills.
Proficiency using mobile devices and construction software for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Assets include: Trade certification, technical diploma, Gold Seal (GSC), PMP, CSTS‑20, WHMIS, and First Aid.

Working Conditions
This is a full‑time position, Monday to Friday.
The role involves walking the site daily, climbing ladders, and working in varying weather conditions.
Travel between jobsite and the office location may be required occasionally.
