Prepare homes for possession by coordinating completion of outstanding items and ensuring homes meet Partners’ quality expectations.

Maintain accurate daily reports, site notes, delivery logs, and communication records with trade partners.

Build positive relationships with trades, internal departments, and Customer Care to ensure a smooth handoff and excellent homeowner experience.

Proven experience overseeing site operations as a Site Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.

Strong working knowledge of Alberta Building Code, municipal inspection processes, and residential construction best practices.

Ability to manage multiple homes at varying stages of construction with strong planning and prioritization skills.

Proficiency using mobile devices and construction software for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
