🔐 Site Security Supervisor – Rochester Kent - ME1 2XX

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Security Supervisor to join our team in Rochester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and professional security supervisor looking for a stable, full-time position with a structured shift pattern and competitive pay.

📍 Position Details

• 💷 Pay Rate: £16.24 per hour

• ⏰ Hours: 56 hours per week

• 🔄 Shift Pattern: 7 on 3 off, 7 on 4 off

• 🌞 3 days / 4 nights

• 🌙 4 days / 3 nights

• 📄 Employment Type: Full-Time

🗓️ What Your Shift Will Involve

You will begin each shift with a full handover, brief and deploy your team, and ensure all security procedures are followed. You’ll oversee patrols, monitor CCTV and access control, manage incidents, complete reports, and liaise with site management — ensuring smooth and professional site operations at all times.

🛡️ Key Responsibilities

• 👥 Supervising and leading a team of security officers

• 🚨 Managing incidents and ensuring correct response procedures

• 🚶 Conducting patrols and compliance checks

• 📝 Completing accurate reports and documentation

• 📞 Liaising with management and emergency services

• ✅ Maintaining high standards of security and professionalism

✅ Essential Requirements

• ⭐ Proven supervisory experience within the security industry (essential)

• 🎫 Valid SIA Licence

• 💬 Strong leadership and communication skills

• 💻 Good IT and report writing skills

• 🔄 Ability to work both day and night shifts

• 🔐 Must be able to obtain SC Clearance

• 🇬🇧 Must be a British-born citizen (due to clearance requirements)

• 📑 Must be able to provide a 5-year checkable work history

• 👔 Professional, reliable, and confident in managing a team
