📍 Monday to Friday | Travel throughout Alberta & Saskatchewan

GenMec ACL is looking for a dedicated Site Safety Advisor to join our growing team. This role is based in the Lakeland area, with travel to various sites across Alberta and Saskatchewan as needed.

As a Safety Advisor, you'll support the management team by ensuring on-site safety compliance, conducting field inspections, coordinating training, managing documentation, and more.

We will train the right individual—so if you're safety-minded and organized, we want to hear from you!

🧰 Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and enforce safety policies on-site

Conduct inspections and audits

Support onboarding and training programs

Coordinate supplies and PPE inventory

Assist with incident investigations and reporting

✅ Qualifications:

3+ years in a safety-related role (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)

Strong organizational skills & attention to detail

Comfortable with documentation and safety systems

📘 Training & Education:

High School Diploma required

NCSO or equivalent preferred

CSTS & Intermediate First Aid an asset

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
