Site Optimization Analyst II (For Pooling)

The Site Optimization Analyst II will certify and validate the newly onboarded Mobile installs and perform the defined standard operating procedure. 
This Tier 2 Analyst is responsible in scoring a new site using the checklist with specific parameters per verification stage (Monitoring Approval and Monitoring Acceptance). 

This also includes scrutinizing site information (completeness and accuracy), design, behavior, and vulnerability, including any technical issue/s. Ultimately, the Setup Analyst II will provide an analysis of the readiness of a site to go live or not.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Core Capability (Site Analysis and Reporting) 

Access and view the control center systems by checking live feed of newly installed sites. 

Manage site certification using SalesForce (TaskRay) as primary tool.  

Comprehend, understand, and analyze video feeds. 

Identify threats, risks, and site vulnerability. 

Understand parameters of site scoring and certification standards.  

Perform assessment and validation using the defined site scoring system and template to assess the readiness of the site. 

Record pertinent information to document scores, action, and comments on the following checklist: Inactive monitoring approval, inactive install template and active optimization period.  

Creates a detailed analysis report of the findings and behavior of the site during the optimization period.  

Follows escalation path to specific departments to ensure resolution of the identified issue or concern on a timely manner and within defined service level agreement (SLA).  

Skilled on all verticals and/or Explicit & Interpretive.  

Able to carry out reliever and surfer duties.  

Able to perform checker duties – checks on property, gate, camera and submit reports. 

Able to provide feedback on the site design, behavior, usability, and connectivity based on actual user experience.  

Able to demonstrate ownership of the site by providing recommendation and solution to concerns raised during optimization period.  

Actively communicates and escalates to the Site Setup and Health Supervisor
any site-specific concern.  

Technical Escalation 

Ensure all components of the control center are fully operational by validating that all cameras are in working order and reports of down equipment are done in a timely manner. 

Understand and identify the various technical problems. 

Escalate these issues in a timely and complete manner (as defined in SOPs/guidelines) 

Administrative 

Ensure diligence in attendance and timeliness. 

Come to the office prepared to render a full shift.
