Site MRO Lead
Position: Full-Time, Salaried (Exempt)
Location: Richmond, Virginia (Spruance)
Job Summary:
The Site MRO Lead role includes responsibility for oversight of MRO and escalation, collaborating on contract administration, leading MERI Training and certifications and other duties as assigned. The role will serve as the Site MRO Lead for the Spruance Aramids facility located in Richmond, VA.
Other highlights include:
Primary Site Owner for MRO & Escalation (including kitting, critical spares management, owner of warehouses, etc.)
Contractor oversight responsibility for Stores
Additional relief and support for Contract Administration team
Primary Site Contact/Liaison with procurement for the businesses
Primary Owner/Instructor for MERI Training and Certification
Site SME (Support Matter Expert) for SRM Support
Responsible for Maintaining Master Data Updates from Obsolescence
Responsible for Ensuring Source List Data to ensure proper strategic buying
Maintaining Quality Info Records for critical and PSM related materials
Site Primary Support of Web cycle Reconciliation Process
Assists with training and learning for cross functional responsibility and knowledge sharing with the site SAP team
Qualifications:
BS degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of manufacturing or related experience required
Procurement and contract administration experience preferred
Process Safety Management (High Hazard Process/Low Hazard Operation) experience preferred
Skills & Abilities:
Experience with SAP and SRM strongly preferred
Knowledge of facility operations, production and facilities
