Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Salary: £25,397

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and hands-on Site Logistics Coordinator to support operations at our Stafford BMW dealership. This role is critical in managing vehicle movements, optimising compound usage, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics to directly support productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities


Manage the on-site vehicle compound, ensuring efficient use of limited space


Coordinate the movement of vehicles between on-site and off-site compounds


Control and organise the dealership car park, including customer, staff, and executive parking


Plan and prioritise vehicle movements to support workshop flow and technician productivity


Liaise with service, sales, transport teams, and management to align logistics with operational needs


Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and movements


Ensure all vehicle movements are carried out safely and in line with site procedures


Proactively identify congestion or inefficiencies and implement practical solutions

Requirements


Experience in site logistics, fleet coordination, dealership operations, or a similar environment


Confident driving ability with a full, clean driving licence


Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


Ability to work in a fast-paced, space-constrained environment


Clear communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
