Whether in semiconductor or battery cell manufacturing, large-scale facilities for life sciences, or the chemical industry – our EPCM projects operate at the cutting edge of technology. 
For the coordination of construction logistics for a demanding, highly complex industrial project in the semiconductor industry, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional whose expertise and organizational skills are beyond question. 
Contractual home base: Flexible – any Drees & Sommer office in Germany, Belgium or Netherlands  
Project location: in an EU neighboring country west of Germany (100% on‑site presence required) 
 
• Coordinate construction logistics processes on a large semiconductor project site 
• Support planning, implementation and continuous updating of site logistics concepts 
• Control site setup, material flows, traffic routes, deliveries and waste disposal processes 
• Coordinate closely with the construction management leadership team, subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure a seamless process 
• Support schedule, cost and quality control for site logistics and variation management 
• Ensure implementation of applicable HSE and site safety regulations 
• Identify optimization potential and implement pragmatic on-site solutions 
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, Architecture or comparable; alternatively certified construction technician 
• Several years of experience in construction logistics or logistics coordination, ideally on large high-tech projects 
• Goal-oriented, independent working style, strong advisory skills, as well as a structured working approach 
• Proficiency in English; German, French and Dutch are an advantage 
• Full willingness to travel for project-related work within Germany and Europe
