Site HSE Supervisor, Metal Industry, Georgia

MANDYNAMIC is looking for a Site HSE Supervisor on behalf of Metlen Energy & Metals to join the Thermal Power & HVDC division for the construction of a high-voltage substation based in Georgia.

• Overall responsibility for the construction execution of three HV Substation projects from site mobilization through mechanical completion and handover.
• Ensure construction activities are executed in line with approved schedules, budgets, technical specifications, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, HSE, Quality, and Project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervision of Site Managers across all project sites.
• Enforce strict HSE compliance and company standards across all sites.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of HSE construction experience.
• Experience in energy projects is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
