We are looking for a hands-on Site Execution Engineer to oversee building construction activities at our Hisar project location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site, coordinating multiple workstreams, and ensuring that construction progresses smoothly with high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
You will play a key role in translating drawings and plans into on-ground execution—working closely with contractors, supervisors, and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and within approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
Oversee daily on-site construction activities across civil and structural works.
Ensure timely execution of tasks in line with construction plans and timelines.
Monitor workmanship quality and address execution gaps proactively.
Planning, Drawings & Quantities
Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs to guide site execution.
Assist in planning work sequences, material requirements, and manpower deployment.
Support measurement and verification of executed quantities at site.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth execution.
Align site activities with procurement, stores, and project planning teams.
Resolve on-site technical and coordination issues in real time.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Enforce site safety practices and ensure compliance with statutory and internal norms.
Maintain proper site documentation, checklists, and inspection records.
Reporting & Monitoring
Track daily progress, material usage, and labor productivity.
Prepare daily logs, weekly progress updates, and site status reports for management.
Flag risks, delays, or deviations and propose corrective actions.

Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in building construction or real estate projects (preferred).
Exposure to residential, commercial, or industrial building projects is a plus.
Technical & Practical Skills
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
Ability to independently manage site execution and multiple work fronts.
Comfortable reading drawings and coordinating execution accordingly.
Other Requirements
Willingness to work full-time on-site at the Hisar location.
Preference for candidates based in Haryana or those ready for immediate relocation.
Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work in dynamic site environments.
