We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer specializing in Tunnel Ventilation, Station Air-Conditioning, and Underground Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) systems to join our team in Surat, India. This challenging role requires a detail-oriented professional to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of critical infrastructure systems in underground construction projects.

• Manage and coordinate the design, installation, and commissioning of tunnel ventilation systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications
• Oversee the implementation of station air-conditioning systems, optimizing energy efficiency and passenger comfort
• Supervise the installation and maintenance of underground electrical and mechanical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ventilation, air-conditioning, and E&M systems with other project components
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure all systems meet required standards and specifications
• Analyze technical data and prepare comprehensive reports on system performance and project progress
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize project delays and ensure smooth operations
• Implement and maintain safety protocols for all on-site activities related to ventilation, air-conditioning, and E&M systems
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project compliance and timely completion
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in underground infrastructure systems

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of total experience and 2 years of Relevant experience in UG Metro in site engineering for underground infrastructure projects
• Proven expertise in tunnel ventilation systems, station air-conditioning, and underground E&M systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards for underground construction
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
• OSHA certification
• Willingness to work on-site in Surat, India, and travel to other project locations as needed
