We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Site Engineer- Signal to join our team in Kolkata, India. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of railway signaling systems, ensuring safe and efficient train operations.
• Design and implement railway signaling systems, adhering to safety regulations and industry standards
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine signaling requirements and constraints
• Develop and review technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of signaling systems with other railway infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve signaling issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal system performance
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in railway signaling technology and safety standards
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of signaling equipment
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of signaling systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Diploma Degree in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electrical /Electrical & Electronics/ Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering
• Total experience of 4 years & having at least 2 years’ experience in railway signaling works.
