Job Description

A well established Real Estate and property Development firm located in Lagos.

To control and manage the site engineering department

Take ownership of the responsibility to ensure the correct design, inclusive of change is followed.

To ensure the construction project follows the required design, using the correct materials, to the required quality in a safe manner.

To ensure all design and material changes are correctly incorporated into the construction project

Oversee the day to day running of the site.

Representing the company towards the client and consultants on site, inclusive of attendance of site meetings, with regard to the technical operations.

A good first degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering/ Building Engineering from a reputable institution.

Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and work quickly and accurately with little or no supervision

A minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a similar position is desired\

Must be able to interpret structural drawings with precision

Must have an eye for details and not be prone to errors
