AECOM’s Transportation Division is actively seeking a Site Engineer-Depot & Machineries for immediate employment at the Surat project site office. The selected candidate will work closely with the senior management team of AECOM India at the Surat project, contributing to a diverse range of depot, workshop, or metro systems-related assignments.

Job Duties:

• Perform specific and limited portions of broader assignments under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Execute detailed or routine engineering tasks including calculations and simple tests.
• Gather and correlate basic engineering data using established procedures.
• Identify and address discrepancies in test results and data outputs.
• Propose approaches to resolve new challenges encountered during project execution.
• Provide guidance to entry-level engineers to ensure quality and consistency in tasks.
• Work in accordance with the agreed-upon project budget and schedule, maintaining a focus on timely delivery.
• Collaborate with team members and senior management to address project-specific requirements with moderate supervision.

Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a relevant engineering discipline.

• A minimum of 6 years of total experience is required.
• At least 2 years of direct experience in metro rail, depot, railway, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with depot/workshop machinery or metro systems is highly preferred; relevant metro or railway project experience is a significant advantage.
