Site Engineer (Building works and Aluminum cladding)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer – Civil to oversee and execute building construction activities on-site. The role involves supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and coordinating aluminum cladding works in line with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute building construction works as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate and monitor aluminum cladding installation, ensuring alignment with design and quality requirements.

• Ensure proper setting out, leveling, and site preparation activities.

• Liaise with subcontractors, foremen, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow on-site.

• Review and interpret drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Assist in material planning, site logistics, and resource allocation.

• Prepare daily site reports and maintain proper documentation.

• Support the Project Engineer in resolving technical and execution-related issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.

• Proven experience in:

• Building construction works

• Aluminum cladding systems

• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.

• Experience working with main contractors or subcontractors is preferred.

• UAE experience is an advantage.

• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).

• Strong site supervision and execution skills

• Good understanding of construction methods and materials

• Effective communication and coordination abilities

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
