Inventio Group is looking for a highly motivated Site Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to exciting construction and renovation projects across Greece.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervises and coordinates procedures related to Mechanical and Electrical sector.
• Supervise and co-ordinate the work of subcontractors involved in the construction, including plumbing, fire safety systems, and other trades, ensuring compliance with project plans.
• Review construction and MEP drawings and technical specifications at every design stage.
• Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
• Participates in preparation and monitoring of contracts and oversees contractual obligations of third parties (providers, subcontractors etc.)
• Cooperate and communicate with the rest of the team for updates and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety among all personnel involved in the project.
• Monitor progress and report to the Construction Manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in MEP/Electrical engineering
• Proven experience in developing and managing maintenance programs and overseeing construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera and project management tools.
• Excellent comprehension of technical specifications and standards pertaining to MEP systems.
• Professional knowledge of the English language.
• Ability to travel within Greece (desirable). Core Competencies:
