Inventio Group is looking for a highly motivated Site Civil Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to exciting construction and renovation projects across Greece.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and co-ordinate the work of construction workers, technicians, and other personnel within the project’s designated area.
• Supervise all civil works & renovation project and the everyday schedule of activities.
• Daily coordination with subcontractors and suppliers involved in each project.
• Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
• Ensure that work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Participates in preparation and monitoring of contracts and oversees contractual obligations of third parties (providers, subcontractors etc.)
• Cooperate and communicate with the rest of the team for updates and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, project plans, and any changes to the original design.
• Promote and enforce health and safety standards on construction sites to protect all workers.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2-5 years of working experience in related roles.
• Great attention to detail approach
• Ability to operate in a highly technical or particularly complex field.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, Primavera and project management tools.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering issues.
• Professional knowledge of the English language.
• Ability to travel within Greece (desirable).
