Job Description / Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site in accordance with project specifications, technical drawings, and HSE regulations.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with engineering and quality standards.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics to ensure smooth project flow.
Support the Project Management in resolving technical and operational challenges on-site.
Review and interpret technical drawings to plan and execute construction tasks efficiently.
Ensure the implementation of Synergy’s HSE policies and promote a safe work environment.
Prepare and maintain daily site documentation, including progress reports and records.
Assist in the preparation of as-built documentation and project handover procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within construction projects.
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
Proactive, disciplined, and solution-oriented personality.
Located in Spain (preferred in Zaragoza)
