Nous recherchons Ingénieur Efficacité Energétique du Bâtiment, pour contribuer au développement de l’activité de conseil en matière de performance énergétique et transition Energie / Carbone.

1. Assistance technique à maîtrise d’ouvrage Energie & Carbone, pour des constructions et des rénovations,

de la programmation au suivi de l’exploitation

- Réalisation d’Analyse de Cycle de Vie, suivant la réglementation environnementale RE2020

- Amélioration des études énergétiques et environnementales

- Accompagnement à la rédaction de Fiche de Déclaration Environnementale et sanitaire

2. Audits énergétiques pour les bâtiments d’habitation avec modélisation détaillée incluant des simulations

énergétiques dynamiques, des analyses des consommations réelles, des modélisations selon l’algorithme 3CL-2021

- Modélisation & Analyse des consommations. Recherches des points forts / point faibles

- Simulation des améliorations énergétiques et / ou environnementales

3. Participation dans le développement des outils informatiques en fonction des mises en application

réglementaires

- Diplôme en génie civil/ architecture ou équivalent. 1-2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire

- Bonne connaissance du français (min niveau B1)

- Maitriser l'outil informatique, en termes de bureautique et de logiciels métiers (Excel, Power Point, IZUBA,

PERRENOUD)

- Excellente compétence en communication. Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes.

- Bonne connaissance des réglementations thermiques en vigueur
