1. Secondary ion mass spectroscopy analyzing and testing, develop the way of testing; operate the instrument, handle the data, communicate with the customers on the data as well as report, write the lab reporting, and provide the lab report within the deadline. 二次离子质谱分析测试，分析方法的开发，仪器操作，数据处理, 和客户沟通解释数据、给客户撰写实验报告，在给定的期限内提供检测报告。 2. 1. Major in material science, physics or chemistry, with Maser or Dr. degree. Familiar with material science base knowledge, experience in semiconductor will be given preference. 材料专业，物理专业或化学专业等相关专业背景，硕士或博士学历，熟悉材料科学基础知识。有在半导体领域经验者优先考虑。 2. Prior SIMS experience is desired but not essential. 具有SIMS 经验优先考虑，但并非必备条件。 3. Integrity, hard-working, can work under pressure，can accept Overtime, Shift and Weekend/Holiday work arrangements. 人品正直，吃苦耐劳，具备承受一定工作压力的心理素质，能接收轮班. 4. Be precise, independent, team work, proactive and willing to learn. With good work attitude. 处事严谨，独立处理能力强，有团队协作精神，工作积极主动，乐于学习。工作态度良好。 5. Fluent English (both oral and written), office skills 英语听说读写熟练，熟悉office等办公软件。
