Silicon Validation Engineering Intern

Job Details: Job Description: The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to: Contributes to the functional, power and performance, and/or electrical validation of silicon products. Supports debugging, performance analysis, and validation coverage to ensure product readiness and quality. May assist in test automation, data analysis for validation metrics, and the development and implementation of validation infrastructure and test environment used in validation testing. As an intern, learns and applies knowledge, builds skills, and explores future career opportunities through hands-on experience and projects that support Intel business goals in a collaborative environment. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications : Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronic or Computer Engineering. Documented experience greater than 6 months in python or C/C++ though courses or projects or work experience. Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency in English. Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Familiarity with Verilog/VHDL, Familiarity with spice simulations, Familiarity with lab equipment use. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
