We’re looking for a Signature Account Manager to oversee our resort and high-end commercial landscape portfolio — some of the most stunning properties in the region.
This is not your average account management role. Our Signature Division handles luxury clients who expect excellence — vibrant color displays, perfectly manicured turf, and seamless communication. What You’ll Do
Manage a portfolio of resort and high-end commercial properties, ensuring each site looks its absolute best every day.
Build strong relationships with clients through clear, consistent communication and a genuine passion for their properties.
Oversee crews, coordinate daily operations, and inspect properties to maintain our high quality standards.
Design and manage flower color programs — seasonal rotations, plant health, and overall presentation.
Diagnose and solve irrigation and turf issues quickly and efficiently.
Develop enhancement ideas and proposals to continually improve property value and aesthetics.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience managing commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
Strong knowledge of flowers, turf, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices.
Exceptional attention to detail — both in your work and your communication.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple sites and teams at once.
A passion for creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes!
Landscape certifications (CLP, CLT, etc.) are a plus but not required.
