Position Overview
The RN House Supervisor serves as the clinical and administrative leader of the hospital during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for overseeing hospital operations, supporting nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee staffing and patient care assignments across departments
Serve as a mentor, resource, and support for nursing and clinical staff
Coordinate patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges
Respond to emergencies and hospital-wide operational needs
Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and administration
Promote a safe, efficient, and patient-centered care environment
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) – required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – required within 6 months
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – required within 6 months
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience preferred

Employment Requirements
